I’m a brand-centric Consultant, Creative Director & Designer.

I have more than fifteen years of creative experience and expertise working with many organizations, from non-profit start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. My most recent roles are Creative Director in outdoor advertising where I produce for more than 5,000 advertisers, at 2,600 locations in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. I also have 6 years Creative Director expertise in the digital/technology industry, where I oversee multiple internal and external projects, budgets, and deadlines from concept through completion.

I previously owned Nuance Marketing Group, a full-service marketing firm, where I managed two offices with six employees, four freelancers, and roughly 80 accounts, for 13 years.

My background includes corporate brand/identity development, B2B, B2C, new business development, ad agency support (including Barkley, a $485 million advertising agency in Kansas City), publication/catalog development, campaign development, Flash development, web development, brochures, direct mail, advertisements, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, quarterly/annual reports, billboards and unique marketing/promotional solutions. I also provide marcomm strategies, creative writing, digital marketing, technical illustration, and social media services.

I work on both Mac/Win platforms, and have extensive Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite, Microsoft Office, pre-press/pre-flighting and print brokering experience, as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Flash, Actionscript 2.0, HTML, and WordPress. I’ve developed marketing/communications strategies, initiatives, and guidelines; as well as provided oversight of creative and account teams to assure appropriate objectives, schedules, and budgets were met.

I graduated with honors from Missouri State University, and currently have a 4.0 toward a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
